Was derping around on the ptr servers and it looks like timewalking gear is being nerfed from ilvl 96 to ilvl 63,

My Timewalking gear obtained before logging onto the ptr is still ilvl 96, the classic timewalking vendor ( which is in org for some reason) is ilvl 86. So better get em while you can?

That's earlier than expected but was still expected.

I just copied an 11 Warrior to 11.1 PTR and noticed:

- The Dungeon journal is showing ilvl 43 for TW gear from MoP (eg Stormstout Brewery)
- My current TW gear is still ilvl 60. There's no guarantee this won't be nerfed as well
- TBC dungeon gear is still showing as ilvl 30 in the journal. My TBC socketed gear is still ilvl 30
- Mechagon rings are currently unchanged at ilvl 80

The classic timewalking vendor, along with another npc to pick up and turn in the BRD raid quest, already had clones in Orgrimmar and Stormwind for the last two weeks of the anniversary event. In Org they were close to the main entrance, by the first hut on the right as you're going in. In Stormwind, they were next to Chromie.

That shit is great for only so long.
Uasually, you get it for a full xPac, but... nerfed by the next PATCH... that's harsh.

ilvl aside how many stats we losing from it, pvp already dead and now pve, i might just stop forever

tbh the 10s/11s will just have to stack more gear, thinking their twink setup was viable before tw and TW gear just made it 10x easier since half the gear they needed they could get from a vendor

At least there is a bunch of cool new xMogs & re-colored mounts available from the TW vendors.
