With the 10% bonus rep from the anniversary, is it possible to get exalted with the panda starting area faction, anyone know?

There aren't enough quests for reputation, and there are no mobs that give reputation so even you leave off the last quest of choosing a faction there is no more Shang Xi's Academy reputation once your quest chain is done.

10% may get you close to Revered, as normal questing to the end you are at 8510/12000, which is Honored - you need 84000 to reach Exalted.

If memory serves you end up at 8500/12000 Honored startng from 0/6000 Friendly.

That would mean we can get a total of 6000 + 8500 = 14500 reputation. With the 10% rep buff we'd get an extra 1450 reputation, putting us at 9950/12000 Honored so we can't even reach exalted
Reaching Exalted requires 6000 + 12000 + 21000 = 39000 reputation.

Now if my memory failed me and we start from 0/3000 Neutral that would mean we'd get an extra 300 rep, putting us past 10000/12000 Honored (10250) so not that much more.

And if my memory failed me some more and the cap isn't 8500/12000 Honored, you'd need to be able to reach enough rep so that x*1.1 = 39000 (or 42000 if we start at neutral) with x = max rep.

So we get 39000 / 1.1 = x = 35455 (rounded up) or 42000 / 1.1 = x = 38182 (rounded up).

That means that if you can reach 17455/21000 Revered (or 17182/21000 Revered if we start from neutral) then the 10% buff will make you reach Exalted.

Even if I'm wrong about the max rep, I doubt I'm that far off so yeah, sorry.

Side note : Assuming 8500/12000 Honored while starting at neutral, we'd need a 39000 - 14500 = 24500 ; 24500 / 14500 * 100 = 169% xp buff. If that ever happens, then it'll be possible. Just gotta wait until WoW's 169th anniversary ^^
