Omni-Directional Spells

Ok, I was wondering which spells could be fired off in any direction (i.e. the target doesn't have to be in front of you). I noticed it after I was able to kite mobs with my priest and SW:pain while running away.

Spells I know:

Almost all Heals

Shadow Word: Pain

Polymorph

Are there more spells?

Do a Warlocks instant DoTs (SL, Corruption, CoA) work like this?

I know most harmful spells with a cast time don't.. You can run around someone and LoS-interrupt them (high lat keyboard turners )

Not terribly important, I was just curious.

Warlock instant dots like Curse of Agony, Corruption, etc are omni. Dots with a cast component (like Immolate) are directional.

It seems that crowd control like polymorph and fear are also omni.

Also, the directional spells need to both start, and finish, in the correct direction (but the cast itself can be in the 'wrong' direction). Hence good meele classes are always trying to make you cast in circles to get your spell finish to 'fail' :-(

Hand of Reckoning and Judgments work for pallies. I really like the addition of Hand of Reckoning stopping bandages, keeping rogues from stealthing keep warriors in combat etc. I even use it to get a quick spell pushback on someone.

keeping rogues from stealthing

I hate the fact HoR does that piddly damage.. the 1dmg on a 30yard stick is crazy frustrating.

I had no idea Judgements and Fear worked this way too

it would seem all spells that do not immediately do damage are omni. Any warlock curses, corruption, shadow word:pain, vampiric embrace/touch, fear, polymorph, also any buffs (fort, detect invis, arcane int) And spells that do damage on impact are directional (must be facing you target) like immolate (even though it adds a dot) shadowbolt, firebolt, mindblast, shadow word: death - stuff like that.
