Lol , i know it takes time to get the damn feet of lynx but its better then running RFC 120 times i think lol ... xD!
Or you could get Feet of the Lynx and mog them to Lupine if you're crazy like me. I'm currently working on
tabards to match my arctic warfare mogs; Frostwolf Clan ain't nothing ta fuck wit.
I don't recall ever running RFC for any of my drops, but I might have pick some up while leveling. The trick is pretending to farm something else while you're farming mogs, in order to fool battle.net's desire detection algorithms. If you're "farming" speed pots in WC, your going to get Lupine, if you're "trying to get RoP", you'll get the Wrangler set. I think Deadmines could get you both speed pots and Hunting set too.
Note that the Wrangler set is the same as Hunter for color, and except for the boot's model, Lupine=Bristlebark. Nothing really matches FotL, even though they are sexy. Use MogIts filters (automatically setup to be appropriate for your level), to make sure anything you think you want is can be used to mog by a 20 (not white, or too high of level).
Another thing worth mentioning is that Wowhead's data is often bad—no one runs their silly addon—and it should only be used to get a general idea of where items have dropped historically, not to target specific mobs, necessarily.
