The vendor will be right by the pvp vendors regardless of faction, hp>jp conversion guy is the honor trade goods vendor.

Honor BoA are in either the Officer Barracks in Old Town or Hall of Legends in Orgrimmar, where u get all of your pvp gear.



Justice BoA are on top of Grommash Hold in Valley of Strength in Orgrimmar or at the Command Center in Old Town in Stormwind.

Conversion guys have the label 'Justice/Honor Trade Goods' and are next to the honor/jp vendors.
