As you may know Timewarped Badge is a currency which normally can be obtained as a high level from timewalking content, or as a lower level from the anniversary event. You can however obtain these as a low level at any time of the year!
Recruit A Friend has completable tasks like Dungeon Adventure. If you complete it you can claim 300 Timewarped Badges on your main account. This might sound useless since most public information about RAF tells the rewards require the second account to have gametime. You can actually do these tasks while using a trial account as the RAF recruit. You need to create a completely new wow account using the link you get from your main but you don't need to buy gametime to complete the tasks.
After setting up your second account and doing the tasks with Party Sync enabled you can claim your rewards from the Friends tab!
I did not figure this out by myself but was made aware of this in the WoW20 discord by Flux, so big thanks to him!
