With Warlords of Draenor hitting alpha I'm curious if more information has made it through, will 85-89 twinkling be a viable option in the new expansion both for soloing content as well as pvp. If yes what level will be most optimized in the bracket as 86-87 are strong now will they still be in Warlords?
