Northrend available in 5.0.4 to F2P?

As we know werecently moved to 5.0.4. 2 more races available to F2P but is Northrend available from now? Have anybody tested yet? If yes do we now get BoA ring?

Stupid on so many levels. Test it yourself? The answer is no. There are no BoA rings. If and when BoA rings are introduced F2P will not get them and they will not be available exclusively in NR.
