[Noob] How to make a twink 20 hunter?

Hi there, have decided to return to WoW solely for the 20-24 bracket. I've always enjoyed playing hunters do will be making one of those but have several quick questions I want answered before I start:

1) If I make a level 20 f2p twink hunter, is it very difficult to get good gear and good stats? Is it common to go through like 6 profs for bonuses or do most just stick with 2 profs? Roughly how long does it take to get to the point where you can start doing well in battlegrounds (good gear not BiS)?

2) I prefer fast queue times and have a cousin who plays Horde. Which EU realm is best for Horde and what race is best for hunters on Horde?

3) Can anyone please link me to a 20 hunter guide and BiS chat dev/armoury link?

4) How many 24s are there usually per battleground?

5) How much of an advantage do alliance 20 hunters have over their Horde counterparts?

Thank you in advance!

1. Difficult to gear a hunter? You show up in a bg with only gray gear on and you still roll everything in sight.
2.EU server? No idea. Race? Orc
3. Felix
4.Too many
5.Alliance can gear a NON-BOA BIS hunter in 1 day easy. Its stupid. They have an advantage because more are geared, and its pretty much the only class I see out on the battleground.

Thank you so much! First person to actually help me so am very grateful.

If you roll a hunter you will be looked down(I had that feeling on mine). If you want a challenge roll a warrior. If you stick to hunter,(I don't recommend) you will find your gears in dungeons. Really? Do you need a guide to backpeddle while casting concussive shot?

please don't roll a hunter. Pretty please. With a cherry on top.

1. It's not that hard. Spend a few hours a day and you can get BiS gear (minus the heirlooms) in like 3 or 4 days. When you start off you'll need to get Skinning and Leatherworking for the +16 armour kits. After that, you'll need to get enchanting. Once you get your enchants you can get some other prof like Engineering for the Goggles or Alchemy for the elixirs. Takes roughly 3 or 4 days to get ready for BG's.

2. Currently, I believe AGGRAMAR is the best server on EU for Horde f2p (But if you ever decide to make anAlliance character, then I strongly reccomend you make it on TWISTING NETHER). I guess the best race would be either troll or orc. Not entirely sure, though.

3. You'll find plenty of hunters here. And here is a guide.

4. On EU, Alliance occasionally have 1 24. Horde average at about 1-3 24's per BG.

5. They've got some more agility and its easier to get hit capped. But a lot of Alliance hunters are scrubs. If you learn to play a hunter, you'll beat them easily.

then why the hell did he ask for a 20 AND a 24 hunter?
one isnt enough?

I'm debating between making a 20 hunter and a 24 hunter. Thus two threads. As you probably know one thread with two different sets of questions receives nowhere near the response.

Thanks for all the replies so far!

hold "s" key
stack intellect
tell hunters that know what they are doing they are bad, while you are wearing robes and str weps
dont kill efc, sit in mid and get raped by rogue that love lol'ing at hunts

oh, wait....

thats what MOST hunts do, but try not to be like them :)
hopyfully you will be some of those 1 out of 100 hunters that are good, since you are actually asking for help instead of thinking your "boss"

you could look at my hunt, but its an ally toon so replace the eyepatch with LFH, and instead of the pvp ring im wearing get the signet or argas. also i dont have boa shoulders or gun. [stacking crit ftw :) ] if you are rolling horde you wont have that extra trinket space so you will get insignia and rune of perfection until you get AGM or a BoA trinket to replace if you choose.

a few people have linked guides so i think you have seen them :p

happy hunting

Cheers mate, I do focus on becoming one of the better players (reading guides, keybinds, videos) and just want to make sure I have the best race/gear possible so that I don't regret something and have to reroll.
