No BG's - Locked XP

Hi all,

Just recently made my first 20 after seeing how many people play the bracket.

I joined a few of the in game communities, and I'm seeing a lot are in and out of BG's all day, yet I sit in the queue and don't get a pop all day, am I missing something?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys.
