Hey guys I'm new/just started playing F2P and was wondering on the best route to take regarding professions, is it best to gather all the enchanting scrolls I can and then move on to leatherworking maybe ?? I just want to save as much time as possible. as I can't use trade or a mailbox everything has to be done on 1 toon
[Edit] I am playing a Human Hunter on EU

For f2p, gear doesnt matter as long as you fill all slots, what I personally do to get geared is get mining and jewelcrafting, and make http://www.wowhead.com/item=20906/braided-copper-ring and http://www.wowhead.com/item=21931/woven-copper-ring (1 JC)
If you don't have the neck heirloom you can also make http://www.wowhead.com/item=25438/malachite-pendant (20 JC)
Drop mining and JC and get herbalism and alchemy and try to get http://www.wowhead.com/item=2555/recipe-swiftness-potion
You can also get cooking for the cooking fire which gives a 4 vers buff

Thats all you need in legion

If you want to hunt chests to get rare blue items with engineering, you'll need light leather. Farm and stock them before drop skinning. (BS keys are another option but silver bar is pain.)

(With the caveat that none of this matters in instanced pvp)

Pick up enchanting while you level and just amass a ton of mats for it. Pick up skinning too. These are the easiest to do while leveling.

Once you have the necessary mats to push enchanting and leatherworking to 100, do so and enchant/armor patch your gear.

Theres no real need to do any of the other professions until you find a swiftness potion recipe, then take up (and keep) alchemy. That's really the only useful thing we can have.

Fwiw, the major profs are pretty useless for us but the secondary profs are fantastic. Dont neglect those.

First of all welcome to F2P Community. Have you had look at this guide? Most stuff applies today. It did help me out alot. :)

Glad to hear it helped. I should probably sit down some day and update it

Okay so what I gather is nothing matters just fill the slots and get the potions, noted thank you very much and I'll read the guide tomorrow when I have a bit more time
