New twink! What class?

Hi, I've decided to create a new twink but i dont know which class. I want to play something unusual that also is needed in the bracket. I hope you can give me something advice!

Wait until the 4.0.6 patch notes have been fully announced imo. Some classes are having large changes that will affect your choice.

but in all seriousness, FC druids are always nice, frost mages, even a good lock would be nice.

explosive shot people for 600 + retarded damage from autoshot etc while being completely untouchable by melee

hoj someone and spam exorcisms into 1 person and do 1000 damage to anything in a hoj

k now that that joke is overdone,

idrc what you make just as long as you arent making it just to get kills,

wsg is about much more than kills, a good clutch pickup or CC is much more important than kills imo.

Or just play your main class. As long as it's not DPS.

19 just needs more variety than rogues and hunters.

Unless you have one, a druid is your best bet. It has the benefits of a healer/caster/kitty/tank(FC) put together, so you can just pick and choose whichever you like most of.

hunters are overplayed but kick ass, rogues are not that useful, shamans are underpowered atm but fun. Priests rock, FC/holy paladins kick ass too, retadins are meh, don't roll a warrior they get stomped by every class easily, locks are pretty much only work as glass cannons nowadays, druids are alot of fun resto isn't particulairly viable if you want to heal roll priest/paladin, fc druids are awesome, balance and feral dps do decent.

Untrue for the three quoted.

Rogues are the melee version of a hunter.

Shamans hit pretty hard in elemental.

Locks are the counter to healers with their high dot ticks, which rejuv and renew cannot catch up to.

Holy w/ 225 lifeblood will be closer to 1500-1700 damage



What classes are in short supply that wont be 100% gimped like warrior/shaman? Well some of the ones I wanted to try are:



balance druid (ecliptic 1200 starsurge crits)

shadow priest (still have instant fear/shield, mind flay isnt bad, but 3 orb Mind blast tickles)

affliction lock (3 dots in +spell set should kill 1100-1300hp players)

destro lock (soulburn +225 lifeblood +searing pain spam seems like it would hurt)

Just fyi, neither is 100% gimped. Maybe think about trying one, I actually love being an underdog class, could be just me though.
