New to twinking, very confusing

I'm very confused with some of the common terms used here:

Veteren - ??
F2P - Means they twink at level 20 vs people leveling in the 20-29 bracket and aren't paying a sub?
XPON - Leveling through Pvp only? But also grinding out the good gear for each bracket?
XPOFF - Turning xp off in a certain bracket

From what i've gathered, XPOFF when que'd would be put into ques with levelers as well but now since 8.1.5 that has changed so ques are slow again?

F2P = The best type of twinking ATM until the que situations change?

Thats literally it. Having allied races makes it super easy. Though what you have is technically a "veteran" account.

F2P = Never had game time ever
Veteran = has had game time in the past

XP-on and XP-off merely refer to the status of your experience. You can turn it off and on at an NPC in your capital city. These two difference XP statuses are divided into their own ques. F2P and Vet are technically "xp on" since theyre level capped

Then that technically would be a Vet. You’d need to get some game time once geared to get your enchants and professions done.

and with the 8.1.5 changes no really BIS list due to the rare/epic upgrades?

What are some of the fun class/specs @ lvl 20?

I don't mind healing

I mean, you could make a "BiS gear list" with the caveat that any luck with epic procs supersedes the list. IE "X boots are BiS unless you get x, y or z quest item" but what I think you're going to see instead is guides just provide a preferred stat weight.

If you like healing, youre in luck. Healers are quite strong and most are a blast to play (except priest but I just dont really like the class)
