Hey the is Trilium,

Being a well known 19 twink and playing the bracket for 6+ years, I am interested in also joining the 20-24 bracket, recommended by some friends currently in the bracket.

The problem is I don't really know what class to play, I know I could take the easy route and roll a 24 hunter, but I'm looking for something somewhat more challenging, I was thinking a 24 resto Druid FC, alliance worgen. If someone could point me in the direction of a BiS armory it would be greatly appreciated, I look forward to joining the bracket.

Hey Tril, I recommend either Resto Druid or Resto shaman if you are looking for a good class to FC with.

I have plenty of BiS sets in the stickied thread, but if you need a set for a spec I do not have listed there, just shoot me a PM and I'll make it for you.

Welcome, a good choice in going ally...I have found out the rough way the state of the horde 20-24 scene haha

Don't listen to the elitest 19's that will talk down on this bracket. They're all just bitter.

This bracket can be a lot of fun. One well played 24 can carry a team to victory. Just don't be a dick and play objectives, the F2P community will accept you. Honestly, it reminds me a lot of oldschool 19's.

Edit: With great power comes great responsibility.

Who are your friends?

Someone loves himself. Your signature was an entertaining read as well.

I have many videos of the kinds of games you can expect in this bracket. Bring some skill please, especially with 40% baseline damage reduction in 9 days.

Nice to see you are taking an interest in this bracket! However this is not the bracket for you.

After reading your first post, you clearly said this:

I'm looking for something somewhat more challenging,

Now even though you are speaking directly about classes, it simply won't matter what class you play, or what spec. As a level 24 you have the following advantages over Trials:

1. Better enchantments
2. Better Items
3. More Abilities
4. 4 Levels higher(it's fairly difficult for a F2P to get hit capped against a 24)
5. Higher Professions(IE: Gnomish Death Ray and JC Healing Statues and FAP potions)

Even if you were to do something like a Demo Warlock, you'll still be hitting harder than any F2P, even those survival hunters. The fact is, you shouldn't want to play in this bracket as a 24; "for the challenge". Because there is no challenge of being a 24 unless you end up fighting other 24s in BGs.

This is just my personal opinion. if someone here actually wants to debate that being a 24 is actually "challenging" then maybe I have been gone too long from this bracket. However, if you were actually hoping for a real challenge, than make a level 20 with F2P Restrictions. It's fairly fun and entertaining. Not to mention, it's a REAL challenge for a F2P to go 1v1 against a 24.

If you were hoping to join a bracket that challenges you in almost every aspect, this isn't the one for you. But if you want to make a decent 24 twink that can facerole anything that comes in contact with or to be an unstoppable Flag Carrier, than by all means make ur lvl 24 twink resto druid worgen fc.

I wish you the best of luck to you!

EDIT: When I first joined this bracket, I was level 20 with full P2P gear/enchantments as a boomkin. Even though I was only level 20, I was hitting ppl for 700-800 crits with eclipse up. I could only imagine how much harder a 24 could hit for seeing how they have much better gear available. As soon as I toned down my gear so that it was the same as F2Ps, my Crits rarely ever hit past 650.

mrcer if people in teh 24 bracket wouldnt dodge, the games would be more competitive than 19s.
I see where tril is coming from.
Controlled Chaos would love to have another good rogue in the bracket.

So tired of the "trial account cling" or TAC. Toss a reality sheet in the dryer with the load already...

Both WSG and AB are team sports. 24s are on both sides and rapidly increasing in numbers. Challenging games are easy to find if you play Horde side. Alliance gear advantages at 20 and 24 are distinctly beneficial to dps classes for agility, strength and stamina. Queue alone or small group into a bg, as a even an OP class, at 24 Horde side and you are still very reliant on the luck of the pull you get. Most fair minded people call that a challenge.

If anyone wants to debate this issue further step up and make your case in my mumble or you are just another self serving spin doctor dodging accountability.

pm me your mumble info please.

All Trillium said was that he had been in playing 19s for a few years and that he was well known. I'm sure anyone would be well known after 6+ years of playing, he's not trying to flex his epeen, he's just showing some background as to where he comes from.
