New to monk twinks do i stay level 10 or go to level 11?

Is level 10 normally what people use for mw monks? currently only have a nearly finished fury warrior and that one is level 11 but it seems like most people stay 10 for mw

If something happens and you for some reason ding level 11 on your Monk, if you stay under 25% XP to 12, everything stays scaled at level 10, unless something has changed; if it has I apologize for the bad info. Little tip in case people accidentally hit 11 and think they have to start over

The one thing you do get at 11 is the Monk portal. No idea why it's required 11 but it's super-annoying.

The current scaling seems to be that if you're under 11.25 things still scale at level 10. No idea if this will last. Arguably you get slightly higher stats from items this way maybe. There's literally no other reason. The MW talent you get at 11 is utterly worthless.

also kind of off topic but found out that if someone has this trinket in your group it doesnt scale down to your level so you get over 100% crit whenever it procs but obv someone else needs to be using it
