Good day! I'm new to the lvl20 world. I would like to ask how much can I do with a VET account at level 20? Pvp, mount farm, etc.? Thanks for all the information!

Howdy!
You can do a lot of stuff at 20. If ur a collector u can collect pets, mounts, transmogs etc. Obviously u r limited level wise, but there are some serious collectors here.
You can do a lot of PvE - quests, dungeons, Islands etc. U can’t do Raids at level 20, but u can do holiday bosses also. Again u have some limitations at 20, but there are so many dungeons u can enter.
PvP is a little limited. We can PvP but the queues take forever as they put us in our own queue. So that sucks but u can get some PvP at certain times. Some people also organise Wargames if the time works for u.
U can explore, quest through zones - just do what ever tickles ur fancy.
U can profession grind also! Farm recipes, mats, items etc from professions.
U will encounter some limitations, but as a Vet u will be able to overcome some of them if/when u have gametime.

Well you can't raid, or do pet battles, but theres some of almost everything else to do at 20.
There are mounts/mogs you can farm.
Plenty of dungeons to run, including timewalking.
For all the good and bad of it, PVP.
Hunt achievements.
Plus every expansion now, they add the base content of the previous one as the new leveling experience. So when Midnight comes out, we will have War Within zones, dungeons and delves. Vets will be able to unlock adventure mode like with Dragonflight to do all the base zones on their 20s. Which they have been giving free weekends like a week or two into the prepatches, so if you are patient you can do that without paying for a sub.
There will be ups and there will be downs, but it's very viable and you have lots to do.
