kind of bit on my take on the summary from what wowhead can tell:

looks like we'll be getting new shirt/tabard for the collection tab for wardrobe.

render distance is can be changed to go farther than before,

interface changed a bit so there's a red border when your health is low. resource display, character display, and highlighting in raids/bg/combat.

talents, spells, and specialization is automatic now.

quests get their own dialog text and rares can be shown on the mini map.

heirloom will show light blue text rather than gold text.

also, if the new professions system could be verified. we could see a lift off of the 100 profession system lock.

Why would that be? Not a new system if you ask me. Looks more like a better display of the same old thing.

im just guessing based on the 2-3 bullets on the profession tab that they have.

"At the top of the window, you can see your profession level, quickly link your collection to others, search for a recipe, and sort between Learned and Unlearned recipes."

"The Left window groups together your collection and remaining recipes, and the Right window highlights the reagents for the recipe selected."

but this is still alpha and a lot of changes can still occour, so my guess is just a guess ... i guess.
