I recently got introduced into the level 10 twink community and wanted to PvP as well as dungeon boost my friends, but mainly a focus on PvP. Is there a particular reason no one does 19 twinks? and is there any active 19 twink communities either discord or in game currently? Looking for someone to help me with a lot of questions and guide me in the right direction.

Is there a particular reason no one does 19 twinks?

only because noone does 19s and after mounts became available at 10, it kinda killed the only unique thing 19s had going for it.
