Alliance needs competent players, like 80% of games their are only 2-3 people who are capable of working as a team, let alone having gear.

Alliance currently need the most help..
But in a month.. a group of 6-7 active horde will xfer alliance and everyone will complain about how bad horde is and they need new players.. it changes from month to month!
But i personaly dont think your faction will cause a huge difference with MoP incoming.. activity will most likely pickup some for both factions
