New BOA items HEAD and CLOACK!

ok, there are avaible some new boa items from cataclism.

they are avaible from guilds vendors

anyone knows what stats do they have at level 29/19?

there is a video on the front page that shows the lvl 19 stats for the new BoAs



the helms have 10stam, 6primary stat, 4secondary stat, 4another secondary stat



the cloaks have: 5stam, 3primary stat, 2secondary stat, 2another secondary stat



the primary stats used here are strength, agility and intellect

the secondary stats used here are spirit, crit, hit and haste

gues a 14 sta and... 6 str? or smt?

anyway this boa thing is dumb cause this way any new player level 1-49 will have an imba gear without working on that char - just send them from main

Thoses items are a real problem, my guess is that there is going to be some guilds with a monthly fee or so, to be able to get thoses items... because as I heard if you leave the guild you loose the items, they are bound to the guild as far as I know...



A pain in the ass for thoses who don't play high level...

Looks like the more it goes the more everybody is twinked, even if you make a new char, a true twink is never gonna be vastly superior, I'm talking for bracket 39 and more... the gap is soon gonna be almost nul, so I hope ppl are gonna stop crying... where most ppl have alrdy at least 3 or 4 blues from dongeons, + all the boa... half of the ppl leveling in bg have a really decent gear now, and it's only gonna get more severe, 2 more pieces solved... almost full boa

well in 19/29 it seems like (some)Boas are BiS but in higher brackets Boas become under par compared to Epics and rare items 39/49/59. Also this is basically encouraging some people to level to 85... Get in a guild... ANd encourages people are being nice to each other in the guild(since no one wants it to be disbanded or being kicked out of it). Also Blizzard would wants people to be in full Boa gear..



Is it a good thing? yes and no.



Yes since it makes leveling easier and no because every one will practically look the same and have same stats with minor differences.



Also, any new twinks we will make in Cata will be in full Boa gear with some blues and probably 1 green.



Now this may also increase queue times since gear difference will not be so great. We may see people who turn off Exp and not be completely wrecked by some random rogue in cata.
