He's kicked my butt a few times now. I'm almost BiS and have AGM. Need to know if anyone has soloed him as a 20-24 rogue, and if so, what special pots/gear-set/etc. they used...

I solo'd Lady Anacondra on my 24 rogue, not really BiS, no AGM, about 1611 hp. I doubt you can solo Old Serra'kis, I would just say get a friend to run you through for his 5/5 bracers. It's also a 33% chance to drop, if that's what you want.
