EU+US Need some advice...

1. A hunter will probably see more use out of gloomshroud, as nearly every plebmade uses 2 hunters and 1/0 rogues... and having too many rogues on a pug team makes it weaker anyway.
Know that with legion right around the corner that gloomshroud is not going to be nearly as useful (though it's only marginally better than heirloom/armor of the fang as it is.) You can do just fine without one on either rogue or hunter is all I'm trying to say.

edit: oh and if you don't have an 85 hunter already, you won't be able to use Flintlocke which is far and away the best gun enchant at 19. Something else to consider.

2. TCG tabard is BoP and will be on the character you buy it with.
Not sure about how legion transmog changes will effect that.

If you're going rogue double argas, and you'll want to start out goblin for thrall's gift, the BiS bracers.
