need help

trying to decide what button to hotkey my skill on because clicking is inefficient, need advice

i just tried but i dont get how that is efficient its kinda awkward :/

update: i have decided to go touchscreen with a single huge icon that i can just randomly punch while doing other stuff, thank you for the good advice though maybe i will try again with alt f4 when my game stops closing.
