Need help with The Sha'tar rep

As my title says, I need help with "The Sha'tar" rep.

I'm currently getting the rep on my 64 DK (Honored 2980/12000) cant obtain anymore rep from turning in Firewing Signet or Arcane Tome, also did all the possible quests that gave The Sha'tar rep. Now i've been reading this http://www.twinkinfo.com/forums/f32/cenarion-expedition-shatar-rep-grinding-help-plz-44331/ anyone can confirm this is still a good method I just need 9020 rep more to Revered. If so what is the best mob to farm the Ethereum Prison Keys from. And if there is other methods out there, please let me know would be highly appericiated.

Heroic Mana Tombs, you need to do 2 quests in Netherstorm and they will start looting, around 10 per run
