EU+US Need help with 29 balance druid gear

So ive been solo farming gnomer on my 29 feral and i have gotten 2 charged gears of intellect and the emissary cuffs of intellect as well so i might as well start making a balance set...i did a bit of digging around the armory list but i cant get a solid build to follow because everyones gear is almost completely different...so im looking for gear recommendations for my balance druid i play horde! im looking to be more of a glass cannon build than a stam build... any help would be much appreciated!

gz on rings and bracers... both rdruid and boomy (the specs that use those items you got) incorporate cat form significantly & epitomize what a 'hybrid' truly is, feral' get stale quicker.... ime. 5point bite kills lotss

That's what I run, you can swap to a 2nd int trinket in if you like.

This set yields around 3.6k Hp (Glassy but not getting 1 shot by stuff territory), 29% ish haste (34% with Shadow priest buff, pretty much spot on for general casting speeds and overall "feel", and 266 ish spellpower.

If you want to run more stam then my suggestions are to swap your bracers for glowing magical bracelets and chest for Fallen apprentice Robe (Horde only item sadly). Also you can swap to sapphire spellthread on legs at a loss of 1~ int and 3 crit for 3 stam.

Why 16 SP instead of Ele Blast? I feel like ele would be a lot more effective with balance druid considering you pretty much just spread dots. Not to mention the SP enchant really doesn't benefit cat form damage at all.

Ele force has a capped PPM and that PPM is easily reachable as any dot class if you can keep reasonable uptime. It's a case of preference based on your own ability to maintain dots. Having played with both for a long time, ele force is considerably worse if you get to actually play mid. The same conclusion has been made at 19s too where Ele force is even more powerful than at 29.

The reason I didn't suggest full glass is because I would never suggest full glass to anyone. It is a frankly narrow minded way to gear almost any class / spec.

In cat you would weapon swap anyway so your point about spellpower being poor for cat is rather moot.
