yes they allow me to regen whilst out of combat (stealthed for 30minutes).

i beleive it got locked last time due to it being in the wrong section!

I kinda agree with most of your ratings of those twinks. If your not on the list, it doesn't necessarily mean your bad, it just means that your not good enough for (insert user here). :p
