Had him for a long time, haven't played him in 4 or 5 years, hes in t6/sunwell gear. Is there anything I can get that would improve him?
I've been looking into necks. I want the HoA but I can't seem to get the quest to pop up. I read about acquiring an azerite piece but i don't ever see it drop and since im shooting for a quest reward, it seems like it's been hotfixed? Any tips on what I can improve would be awesome.
My other question is ring enchants. I bought some of the BFA enchants from the AH (i didn't see an ilvl requirement on the enchant so i thought it was ok) but apparently when I tried to apply them they actually do have an ilvl requirement... so just looking for advice on that so im not wasting a bunch of gold figuring out what i can use lol...

Bis is hard to put tabs on with so much out there atm. But the short answer is yes, almost every slot can be upgraded with some quest rng, since there is no mastery on sunwell or tbc gear for most classes it’s king to get an upgraded dungeon or quest drop with your preffered secondary’s and a socket.

Also on the the enchants, swoops has a pinned enchant guide for shadowlands that can help you determine what works with what ilvl. I main the 70-79 well 20-29 bracket, so any other questions you can ask them in here or pm me, cheers and if you’re US look forward to seeing you around.
