I took a level 29 blood elf disc priest and these are the stats for different ilevels
iLevel 33 int 194 crit 13.07% health 5520
iLevel 45 int 194 crit 13.07% health 5592
ilevel 49 int 194 crit 13.25% health 5592
So the difference between GS 33 and GS 49 is .18% crit and 72 health
Now to compare a level 29 blood elf warlock
ilevel 48 int 194 crit 11.66% health 6456
and a level 29 gnome warlock
ilevel 48 int 197 crit 10.66% health 6456
And finally to compare a level 20 gnome warlock
ilevel 44 int 179 crit 14.90% health 4750 dmg from haunt 1198
and an level 20 undead warlock
ilevel 45 int 172 crit 14.90% health 4769 dmg from haunt 1165
Making the difference between the two 29 health and .028% more damage from spells. Those differences are racial, not iLevel related
