i stealthed all the way to the end of diremaul north, where there are hostile spirits with 1 hp that don't die.
after some extensive testing, the least favorite wins in the end!!! it's sad because now i have to use double skullforge (i only put 2 lifeward on 2 of those...bad decision...) and there goes my 6 second gouge...

apparently, double lifeward wins hands down. dps-wise, it's about 30 dps less, the others being around 430, double lifeward only about 400. but the healing it provides is insane! double lifeward heals about 70~80 per second, couple that with recuperate, we are looking at 375 health per three seconds for combat spec and 300 health per three seconds for sub.(assuming you have 4000 health, 1000AP and here is the spec i used, i always do a 4-CP recuperate first before unloading, just to make it seem more realistic)
