I think it is pretty solidly geared, but you're obviously missing a 2nd AGM and looms. I'm also a little.. unsure? Whether your choices in talent points are, well, the better choice.

With my rogue i use a macro so i normally start off with assassin's blade in MH , then when i use sinister strike it switches straight to the setup you recommended

(Forgot to mention) also working on herb ^^

That macro can be useful but it resets the timer of the swing on your weapon
