All mounts and pets are account wide now but still really glitchy.
At the moment if you have say Riding Turtle - Item - World of Warcraft then all your new lvl 1's plus toons you allready have will get this mount.
same deal with pets, say a 80 has got Toxic Wasteling - Item - World of Warcraft now all new toons will get it, plus exsisting toons.
Titles have not transferd yet, but HK are account wide at the moment too. so if you have 20 kill on one toon and 20 on another a new lvl 1 will start with 40HK's.
some mounts are very bugged at moment. 70 can use Vial of the Sands - Item - World of Warcraft on beta and my 39 with 300 eng can use Flying Machine - Item - World of Warcraft . so i guess will have to wait a bit longer to see what happens.
The system is still very glitchy and can change at any time.
I was going to post this yesterday but every time i logged in, something would change on Beta. so i waited till today. it still not much better.
