I would recommend getting into a realm with good vet Guilds and helpful guildies/funding. A small group of close friends can be better than a large group of unsocial players.
Take your time looking around and look into some of these guild recruitment threads.

US Aerie Peak has the largest f2p playerbase so it seems like most vets go there or stay on the realm w/ their mains.

75% of the bracket has been around along time f2p- 20 p2p- 24-29. It's all the same people. Real Id > Guilds IMO.
Only real reason to twink in a new server is: Your old server was very dead population wise, Bad auction house.
Ive seen so many Guilds/Server premades get rolled by pugs. Guilds/Server premades shouldn't be getting rolled regardless if you a f2p, Vet or 29.
