10s don't get any talents, so like former 10 survs can't get raptor strike until 11.
gear for 10s or 11s can be pretty silly though.
far as i know it's a pve bracket.
xpon 20s (trial acct or expired sub) which used to be thriiiiiiving are basically dead.
they got moved into 20-29xpoff bgs, and while twink 29s exist, they make twink 20 pvp pretty unplayable, and like most x9 brackets come nowhere near a critical mass for a community.
far as i understand, 10s-29s are all going for basically the same warforged/socket wod drops these days.
non-sl account 60s (one can't lock xp at 60+ now) are limping along. we got a decent number of people but often the games are pretty bad. pvp gear (nearly i300) became unobtainable on df launch. fated raids were removed shortly thereafter, so pve gear ilvl isn't near what it could be: stopping around 250ish. some people got certain bits of i300+ df gear then xferred a char back to a nondf account, but i hear that's on the chopping block soon and it's basically too late to get started on that and be done in time (so i'm told, no interest in that so haven't checked details.) so if you planned ahead, you have 100kish health and stomp around on 30k health levelers. i have such gear, but no taste for beating up on people, so it's mostly pve for me. we raid weekly. alli community is probably bigger than horde, but honestly, the games seem to be improving lately and during my daily win for anima, i have been coming across a lot better games than i have been most patch: more horde are showing up to game and one may find half-twink half-leveller on both side games. maybe it'll keep getting better idk!
i hear wrath 19s are at least partly alive?
