EU Most activity? - What server to twink?

I just sort of finished (just buying the gear) for my 101 enh shaman: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/ravencrest/Críxìs/simple
I'm wondering if there are any 'mini guilds' on EU? Preferably horde, idm Alliance... on some server?
Which do premades & world pvp & raids, perhaps Mythic Hellfire?

I'm yet to find an active guild on EU and I've had my 101 for ages now, I've noticed most 101's tend to keep to themselves and do their own thing except of course doing nelth runs with others.

Use your artifact weapon, way stronger than those crappy maces. (They should only be used for enhancement as an off-spec).

I don't think there's really any reason to make a 101 twink guild. You can do everything cross-realm anyway and moving several active 101s to a single server will just increase the competition for gear on the AH.

I still only have 750 artifacts weapons, hence I'm using 810 maces. I haven't done quests yet. I literally only bought the gear so far hahah
