Most active retail bracket?

I've recently regained my interest in twinking, and I have some questions. What is the most popular/active bracket in shadowlands right now? I would assume it's the new f2p bracket (lvl20?), but I'm not sure about the details. Last I checked, having xp disabled puts you in a seperate bg queue to having xp on. Does that still apply? Also, I tried some 20 arenas, but I get upscaled to 29. Does this mean that 20s and 29s are in the same bracket, or does that not apply?

• Most popular are no game time 20s (f2p, linked, and vet) or expansion capped 50s.
• Queues are still separated yes.
• Bracket is 20-29, but since queues are separated, you don't see 29s in the xp on queue where the 20s are.

you don't see 29s in the xp on queue where the 20s are.

I mean.... you do, but they're levelers. Not amazing or anything, but you'll see abilities being used that you aint got.

In fact you do see 21-29 twinks in this bracket... they utilize the xp nerf bug via grouping with xpoff and staying in instance combat between queues. I’ve seen several devastate in BGs

I don't condone debuffing and I usually don't bother telling newbies about it because wrapping your head around f2p vet linked and all the shit that comes with it is enough.

Plus, the bracket is already lame enough as is, the last thing it needs is more chodes debuffing MM hunters.
