US Most Active Alliance Server?

Looking for the most active alliance server (US) for 20s/29s.
Main point is having a fair amount of available duels between BG queues during active hours. I will be going f2p soon and would like to get situated on a good server where I can maximize my limited time I can allocate to WoW.

Any input is greatly appreciated!

I play on Darkspear, and there’s a lot of “old” gold, so the prices are high and 29s are fairly active.

The best to me seems like one with the best AH.
