It is stacking with other things, now - may as well look at your character pane and see if it is stacking.

Minor speed does stack with Druid travel form and Shaman ghost wolf. It's actually 8% on top of base + travel form, so it's more than 8%. So you'd be silly not to use it on those two classes.

It does not, however, stack with the Paladin 15% passive talent. So if you grab that talent, minor speed is worthless.

Yea it doesn't stack so enchant greater stam on your boots. I kinda wanna try Long Arm of the Law too though so minor speed may be necessary depending on your preference

I personally find Long Arm of the Law better for sticking on targets and for FCing. Personal pref though.
