i didnt see any way that lorewalking was intended to be group content (seems intended to be solo but maybe im wrong), but i did the arthas story, and after i stopped piloting arthas and we were in front of strathhome, I was able to RAF summon an alt in, and then when the story skips ahead to the end, my alt was still at the beginning and able to do the phases and kill bosses even while my original character had ported ahead with arthas, and got typical ilvl appropriate loot
edit: no idea what elements are important to getting this to work, but the summoned in toon was NOT in chromie time and WAS in LW; one or both of those may matter.
