Takes about an h if u have a good person boosting u, max 2.. they have dubbled the rep to about 20 rep/mob there

Takes 45 minutes if you got an 85 helping you.

I'd say 30 mins, I did it just 2 days ago with an 85 mage ice lancing around in northern Feralas.

An old school tinker would probably prefer the OH + MH approach, especially if they didn't have access to BoAs. These days, since you can't use the Furblog medicine pouch ability anymore, the stam is rather bleh in favor of stuff like resil or hit. I prefer the pvp BoA staff myself.
