Personally, I'd switch to [item] Stained Shadowcraft Spaulders [/item] to meet hit cap and [item] Footpads of the Fang [/item] for boots.



[item] Charmed Ancient Bone Bow [/item] not sure if that is BiS for 19s but maybe use that instead of SC shoulders to meet hit cap.

Venomstrike is far better than the charmed bow for 19 hunters.
