lvling fishing...need help

can i lvl fishing anywhere? or is it like the other gathering proffs. where i have to move to high lvl area's to continue lvling my skill? XD if so can anyone help me out where the best places are

Im not sure but I think you could still gain fishing lvls by fishing for deviate fish near wc...there are no mobs that can kill you, and if you sit at the right spot you will be aggro-free, no chance of any pats gettin ya. And deviate fish sell for a little bit so at least you will gain something while you get ur skill up.

i did 1-225 in Sw then to 350 or w/e im at now in Dala getting the Rat. You can gain levels anywhere.

TY ive been in dalaran fishing 199 atm with 3 gold coins 2 silver and 2 copper :3

On my twink I started in orgrimar and when I was high enough I went to fish deviate fish till 225. This was before you could fish anywhere.

After the patch where we could get higher I fished 225 to 442 in dalaran (and a bit in sholozar) and got the titanium coin and the rat in the process.

You can fish at any level in any place, no matter where you fish you will skill up at the same rate. For ease fish the whole way in Dalaran starting in the sewers then moving to the fountain when you catch the rat. That's my advice at least.
