lvl 20 Enhancement Shamans any good?

I used to like playing my old one through lowbie pvp but that was in WoD or MoP, can't remember. Have about 20 days left on my account to get another veteran ready and I have a really sweet mail transmog I forgot I was saving on my higher level shaman so was wondering!

Currently playing a 20 Warrior and it's happygoodfun.

It can be decent if you have a good healer + comp, but vs other twinks in 1v1 enhance falls short. Ele is the better dps option for sham just out of a pure dmg mindset, but you can make enhance work!
