Deviate scale belt > fang belt if you already have the expertise bonus. If you are fighting an NE or switch to throat piercers you will still be hit capped

Don't run dual 15 agi. Stick Lifestealing on that shadowfang. No offense but your spec is absolute shit. Other then that your good.

This is almost exactly what I am doing, but without BOA's I sacrifice a bit more stam than you for hit. Very well done imo, gl on your twink. Work on a SF offhand when you can.
