EU+US Lv10 MMHunter 79%haste ->14%haste

So... as a lv 10 Marksmanship hunter, i have 79% Haste and can basically spam a ton of damage while avoiding the beating.

But something keeps resetting my haste to 14%, i KNOW the troll racial does it, but sometimes it happens for no reason. Maybe the trinket? Any ideas?

Using Heirloom Gun no enchants(even if they worked) I guess it's possible someone used drums of fury?
