Was wondering what is the lowest level foamspittle staff you can get since I have a lvl 5 druid (don't ask why) and was thinking of maybe getting it, if it's possible.

Scales to level 10 pretty sure if obtained on a toon lower than 10, because of westfalls zone level

aww man I might still go test it but this could be the case was just wondering since I am grinding Petrified Shinbone from enemies whose levels are around 19 and I am lvl 20 and getting only lvl 20 rare drops so hoping the same would be also under lvl 10
