Lost City of Tolvir & Stonecore - Keep getting 1 Shot

This is ridiculous, first boss in Stonecore just one shots me half the time.
1st & 3rd boss in City of Tolvir one shots me nearly every time. I can't get past this dungeon.
Some of the trash just randomly one shot me too.

Any tips? I really wanna level atm but can't get around this.

only seems fair to me that if you can oneshot mobs, they should be able to oneshot you back

Nothing special for warrior 11 inside the tw cata dungeons, many items with mastery that you don't need.
There are two mounts but you still have to be level 27 to learn them.
don't worry too much, in 4 days there will be classic dungeons again.

Edit: I forgot, you could stand 30yd away and use https://www.wowhead.com/spell=311696/heroic-throw to avoid being oneshot.

Some of the spells (Plague Strike, Lightning, etc.) are not scaled correctly. This oversight from the developers occurs fairly often and sometimes, it even gets corrected.
Try to identify what spells are killing you and which mobs are casting it (shown in combat log) and find a strategy to avoid them.

Tbf my lvl 69 paladin gets randomly 1 shot in blackrock by the torturers hot poker ability. Scalling on some abilities is a little off but its also kinda funny so I am cool with it.
