i was in LW did a dungeon did not get the pop up quest, went to ashran and no quest available
i looked at vendor, and then exited LW, went back to ashran and picked up TW quest, i looked at the vendor again, and nearly half of what is offered when you are in LW is not there, tmogs, two new mounts (we can't learn), rep badges, and gear scaled to our level (not sure we can buy)
will have to check the vendor after my 5 runs and going back into LW mode
