Looking for the possibility drop on wastewalker shoulderpads

Haven't had a drop off of avatar yet, seeing if anyone else had luck with him on their 20

I farmed him 30-40 times on my 70 rogue in legion before someone actually let me know he didn’t drop them anymore. Tried again when BFA dropped about 20 or so times with no luck either. Sounds like nothing has changed.

They still drop but not on normal like above post stated, has only ever dropped on heroic.
You also need to wait for the avatar to appear, so don’t one shot boss.
Regardless 20s can’t do heroic.

^^^^^ He summons avatar at 20% hp. Although as was said Heroics are sadly 30.
