looking for 60 Resto shaman pvp setup

hey, im in the middle of leveling a shaman to twink 60 and i want to do pvp as a healer but im not sure whats best, i have made a chardev which looks pretty cool to me but want your opinions on it.
(Note: there is no tier3 as i doubt il ever be able to afford it so please dont add any in your suggestions)

chardev 10 - Mist of Pandaria - BETA
Rocket Boots Xtreme lite, in bag aswell.(only used for proc, when on cd switch back)
fore proffesions i went for engi(head, boots and other little bonus's) and mining (small stamina buff)

would have around 29.87% resilience(not including the base 40%) but im curious if its worth stacking resilience or is it better to stack int, stamina or a mix of gems?
should i swap the shoulders for tier2 to get the set bonus?
what talents and glyphs should i be picking?

any info or advice is greatly appretiated

screw chain heal.
get one of the epic engi heads, any1 of them is better, stacking resi gems works just fine.
for talents i wuld go with http://www.wowhead.com/talent#si0|G
call of dem totems is allso good but more for arena, ns is getting a big ass nurf on the cd so imo shitload of haste seems best if u can juke all dem interrupts.
not really shure what spells you do and do not have @ 60 so i dont know what to suggest tallenting, i really like the old ghost wolf tho.....
