I didn't like Draenor but it went to shit when he sold it to cartoon boy. Shane's done a great job at recovering but it still has been rough.
 
I had seen it before and I remember visiting TI some time before Shane was its owner, but I wasn't really part of the community.

What made me think was this, wrote by Drayner back in 2008: "The vision I have for this site is a collaborative effort from twinks to help new twinks mainly. I am still on the look out for twinks that want to help out here, so come on guys and gals."
The only "new twinks", if I could call them that, that I have seen in my bracket (20-29) are "jajas" and I don't think we've made an effort (at least I haven't) to try and help them instead of just complaining.

Actually, the environment in the site is often not inviting for new people to come and be part of the community, which is kinda sad.
